I found Miss Helme to be professional, caring, understanding and thorough in her examination and explanation of my procedure for breast reduction. My operation went very well and I was even able to go home that evening. I made a good recovery and am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgery. And the impact on my new found confidence. I was able to see Sophie Helme with less than 24 hours notice after I detected a large lump in my breast. She understood I was self funding and I was offered the breast package being told clearly what I would receive within that. The service and care I received from both Sophie and the rest of the team at The Spire was excellent. She is professional, calm but empathic too. At know point did she make a suggestion that she did not follow up and when she said she would chase up something she did each time. At a difficult time with my diagnosis I felt she cared and was thinking of my best outcome. I would have every confidence to recommend Sophie Helme.
